The ranch is located 30 kilometers from the center of Tecate, towards Mexicali. The property is irregular in its extension, it has public transportation and the surroundings border with other ranches including Rancho Bancheti. It has three entrances to the ranch:
1) Through Las Alturas Dam
2) Through the Free Highway to Mexicali
3) THE TOLL ROAD TO MEXICALI, (ACCESS WHICH IS CURRENTLY RESTRICTED)
It has a sand bank* that can be exploited, in addition to flagstone and granite
