The NAOS Project is an exclusive residential-type resort that is for sale in a Rosarito beachfront building located north of Rosarito, Baja California, 15 minutes south of Tijuana and 30 minutes from the city of San Diego, California.
Relocated at kilometer 24+182.70 direction 1 of the Tijuana – Ensenada Highway, Municipality of Playas de Rosarito, B.C.
The Project was designed by the Central Architecture firm and has the following characteristics:
• Total area of ??land of 19,518 m2, with a beach front of 200 m2.
• Resort amenities such as beach club, gym, business center, sales room, room called La Mansión, among others.
• 400 residential units distributed in three towers of 20 levels.
The complete project is located on a plot of 19,518 m2, which is divided into three phases:
a) Phase I: 8,059 m2. Tower of 160 apartments, amenities and common areas.
b) Phase II: 4,725 m2. Land where a tower with 120 apartments will be erected.
c) Phase III: 6,734 m2. Land where a tower with 120 apartments will be erected.
Phase I is currently unplanted, which includes the central building composed of 160 units, common areas, amenities and parking lots.
Phase I composed of the central building that houses 160 residential units, amenities and common areas (swimming pools, restaurants, gardening, business center, motor lobby, etc.) which serve the three towers and the parking lots in the basements of the central building that also serve the rest of the towers.
