THE ORCHARD
Most of the property has no construction at all, with most of the space being used as an orchard. The orchard features several fruit trees, such as oranges, lemons, grapes (the area’s favorite produce), peaches, and raspberries, and I palm trees, bushes, desert plants, and a variety of flowers.
The orchard is well-maintained and is watered through an irrigation system. There are two water deposits on the northeast corner of the property, an above-ground 5,000-liter capacity water reservoir and a 22,000-liter capacity deposit underground.
There is a stone canal dividing the orchard from the rest of the property, this canal allows for the rainwater coming from the mountain to flow freely without flooding the property.
